What does “Xerifleet” mean?
Taken from the word “Xeriscape,” it means requiring little to no maintenance. Xeriscape landscaping is popular in Arizona, where we’re headquartered, because it requires little water to thrive. Similarly, Xerifleet lets your fleet operation flourish with little to no required maintenance on your end.
Are there parameters in place to check data-entry errors when entering odometer information?
Xerifleet ensures the number entered in the odometer reading doesn’t go backwards. Meaning, you can’t enter a number that’s lower than the previous entry. This number should also be verified and flagged by your fleet management software system when the information is imported.
Can you limit what information and tools users have access to?
Xerifleet has different user levels. By default, every user is assigned a basic level. You can then specify roles with higher levels of access, such as admins and owners.
Can you add multiple images to inspections?
Yes. You can add as many images as you need to document an issue with a vehicle.
How do subscriptions work?
Unlike most fleet software subscriptions, we don’t charge you based on how many users you have. We offer one price whether you have five users or 50. This can result in significant savings as your company grows.
If you pay for your entire year’s subscription upfront, we’ll give you two months free.
Will we be charged after the free trial ends?
When you sign up for a free trial, there are no hidden fees or commitments. It’s simply that – a free trial. We don’t even ask for your credit card information upfront. We will only ask for your payment details if and when you decide you want to subscribe to Xerifleet. If you decide you want a longer trial, we can work with that, too! Just let us know if you need more time and we’ll extend your trial.
How do we cancel our subscription?
If you decide Xerifleet isn’t for you for whatever reason, you can easily cancel at any time without any penalties or hassle. If you prepaid for the year, we’ll refund any unused months.
